Your facility's next zero-incident milestone starts October 6
You've done the compliance reviews, toolbox talks and safety programs. But somewhere between intent and execution, the needle stops moving. The October Safety Bootcamp, hosted by Milliken & Company, is a three-day, instructor-led training event for Safety Directors, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, and Risk and Safety Officers ready to move from awareness to action. Seats are limited. The results are not.
WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH
This isn't a conference. There are no passive presentations, no generic frameworks, and no content you'll file away and forget. Every session is built around practical, field-tested tactics grounded in Milliken's 9 Principles of Health and Safety Excellence, a methodology refined across more than 150 years of manufacturing leadership.
By the end of day three, you'll have a concrete action plan your team can execute the moment you're back on the floor.
WHO ATTENDS OUR SAFETY BOOT CAMP
The October boot camp is built for decision-stage professionals in manufacturing and logistics who are done evaluating and are ready to act. Our attendees typically include:
- Safety Directors: Building or scaling a safety culture with executive buy-in
- Operations Managers: Integrating safety practices without disrupting production throughput
- Plant Manager: Driving facility-wide accountability and reducing recordable incidents
- Risk and Safety Officers: Strengthening compliance posture and managing incident liability
If you’re responsible for what happens on a manufacturing floor, this event was designed for you.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
After day 2, our team met back at the hotel and brainstormed for 90 minutes and came away with 12 concrete actions we can implement short term to improve our safety performance. Rarely do you walk away from a conference with such a wealth of actionable items.
Not your typical boot camp! The mix of education, practical activities, team discussions, coaching and challenging us to self-assess as we learned about the 9 principles was extremely effective. We came together as a team and really listened to each other’s challenges. The next steps together are clear and we are all aligned and bought in. This outcome was beyond what I had hoped for so is a significant value-add for the event.
Very powerful and insightful event! My key take away for us is that we need to better develop our Clear Leadership Vision for Ownership. Our organization has the heart to do something but the vision is too high level and has not been filtered down and communicated in a relatable and actionable way for the employees at all levels. I have learned that this potentially ‘steals’ the ownership away from the employees. I look forward to strengthening this when I gat back with our leadership team.
5/5! The boot camp exceeded my expectations in both content and connection with other companies and we found it to be extremely valuable and thought-provoking.
OCTOBER 6-8 IS CLOSER THAN IT LOOKS.
The professionals who walk out of the Safety Boot Camp don't leave with a binder of good intentions. They leave with 12 concrete actions—the kind that move metrics, shift culture and protect the people on your floor.
Limited seats remain for the October 6-8 session. Register your team now and arrive ready to build something that lasts.
