Our methodology creates sustainable improvements

Sustainability excellence helps increase productivity, quality, and efficiency. Using the Milliken Performance System (MPS), a methodology that embraces leadership principles and problem-solving tools, we create sustainable improvements in our operations. MPS emphasizes training and education, with more than 13,600+ hours of training completed in 2021.

Six Sigma, a project-based improvement methodology that uses statistical tools and a disciplined project management approach. In 2021, we achieved 44 new Six Sigma Green Belts and added 2 new Master Black Belts to the Six Sigma Steering Team. These new Green Belts, and all the hours committed to operational excellence training helping us achieve our 2025 Sustainability Goals.
