1.5 billion plastic bottles diverted from landfills
Several Milliken textile plants engineer recycled polyester fibers into their durable, sustainable fabrics. As a Business, we have diverted more than 1.5 billion plastic water bottles from landfills. Polartec is a REPREVE® Billion Bottle Circle Winner and Milliken is a REPREVE® Champion of Sustainability Award Winner as a textile partner.

Several Milliken and Polartec products are certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances to ensure product safety. Verifiable certificate numbers are listed with the specific products.
