SIMPLIFIED 4-STEP PROCESS
Milliken Couture embodies our customisation capabilities with a simplified 4-step process of CONCEPT, DESIGN, REFINE and PRODUCE; ensuring a carpet sample will be created within 4 days from concept and carpet delivered within 3 weeks from date of order.

The possibilities are endless in creating your design vision! Our design team will guide you on both the creative and conceptual process of turning your design into a carpet tile.
A design brief for the project is not only imperative in understanding the environment in which the carpet will ultimately be installed, but it is also important in streamlining the details of how to successfully achieve your design requirements.
Simply share your custom design concept digitally, along with inspirational imagery, that you would like to incorporate into your interior environment. Or, choose options from our current collections that you would like to recolour - or make slight modifications to - that would suit your corporate branding or project colour scheme.
Now that you have collaborated with our design team on your concept, a series of design proposals will be developed with emphasis on your requirements.
These will include colours, project specifications and patterns - ensuring all are to scale, tonal and textured, and of high-quality for a seamless floor plate.
Our innovative visualisation tools such as room scenes, seaming diagrams and floor layouts will be provided, displaying rendered design concepts of the product in insitu presented within a chosen environment.
The refining process will enable you to finalise the design concept with any final tweaks.
Once approved, Milliken will produce a sample tile or multi-tiles (where applicable) to showcase the final tactile product.
The team will ensure that the product meets all the requirements before any sampling is completed and delivered to you. With open communication, this is an opportunity to review the product aesthetics and to offer any additional feedback. The sample tile(s) along with the visualisation tools will be updated for project finalisation.
Your bespoke design is now ready for production. Our focus is delivering quality designed carpet tiles with quick delivery times.
Leveraging on the speed and flexibility of our Millitron innovative technology enables complex pattern/texture effects and colour combinations to be produced. This is currently not possible with any other carpet manufacturing technology.
The design team along with your dedicated sales representative will continuously work with you until project completion and beyond, always with open communication and transparency to ensure your expectations have been met.
