HybridFORM was designed with the full life cycle of the product in mind. It is a single-polymer construction, engineered from 100% polyester. That material choice matters. It enables end-of-life recycling, while also enabling a level of consistency and performance.

Through Milliken’s N/XT Life™ Take-Back Program, used HybridFORM can be recycled back to its original state – not downcycled into something lesser, but fully remade back to HybridFORM or other polyester-based products. Part of our D/LUX program, HybridFORM uses less raw material and reduces transportation emissions.

That means when a space evolves, the flooring doesn’t have to become waste. It can become something new. This approach reflects the goals of designers and organizations working to make a lasting impact beyond the built environment.

Drawing from traditional textile craft, such as tweeds, suiting, and industrial weaves, Gilded Stitch translates those familiar textures into a contemporary flooring format. The result is visual depth and dimension, achieved through jacquard weaving, while maintaining a clean, low-profile surface.

It’s a new design language—one that bridges the warmth and character of a textile with the performance of a high-performance hard surface.

Easy-to-Clean Hybrid Flooring

Engineered for the most demanding environments, HybridFORM combines the aesthetic of a carpet with the ease of maintaining a hard surface. Its proprietary weave is designed for soil release, helping prevent dirt and spills from becoming embedded so beauty and durability can coexist.

The surface is impervious to moisture, so spills remain on the surface for quick cleanup. Routine maintenance follows familiar vacuuming and spot cleaning protocols, without the need for specialized processes or additional training.

HybridFORM is resistant to chemicals, including betadine, hand sanitizer, and bleach. It is also readily cleanable against common food stains such as ketchup, mustard, and coffee. Engineered to dry 75% faster than traditional carpet tile, it helps minimize disruption in active spaces.

The result is a cleanable hybrid flooring solution that supports high-traffic environments without adding complexity—helping teams maintain spaces efficiently while preserving design intent over time.
