ZERO Lost Time Safety Incidents
Our progress will not always be linear and the past year brought new challenges. We are focusing on new hire training, faster integrations of acquisitions into our safety-first culture, and proactively reducing risks on our top three lost-time incident categories.
Commit to an Inclusive Associate Community
Through our inclusion efforts and implementation of best practices, we increased U.S. diverse management by 8%. We continue to expand our associate networks and education efforts.
ZERO Data Privacy Breaches
Our focus on Privacy by Design contributes to a record of zero data privacy breaches. Our expanded global privacy team launched our first global privacy awareness campaign and advanced our privacy analytics.
100,000 Volunteer Hours in our Communities
Last year we logged more hours than ever. Our associates continued to care for their local communities and found new ways to give back.
