 | These are the Approved Logos for printed and digital work.
- To save these files to your hard drive, right click on the one you are interested in and click Save Target As...
- Once you have saved the logo to your desktop, to place it in a document do the following: Place your cursor where you want to insert the logo. Then click on Insert, Picture, From File and drill down to the folder where you have saved the logo artwork file. Double click on the logo file name to insert it into the document.
- To resize the logo properly once it's in your document, (without squeezing it or stretching it out of shape), click on the logo to select it, then move the cursor to a corner until you see a double ended arrow, and while holding down the Shift key, drag the double arrow into the box to reduce the logo and away from the box to enlarge it.
- To view the .jpg files, double click the file to open. Please note that the .eps files and .png files cannot be opened from this page, they must be saved from this page and opened within a graphics program, such as Adobe® Photoshop® Elements.
- If you experience problems using any of these logos, contact your IS Support area as you may need to upgrade your video card.

Files for digital work (PowerPoint®, web sites and small (less than 2" square) printed work):
The .wmf files are available for use within Microsoft applications (PowerPoint® or Word). They have a transparent background and may be used with a colored background.

The .png files also have a transparent background, but work better with a more advanced graphics program, such as Adobe® Photoshop® Elements.

File for trade show and showroom signs:
9) The horizontal version of the logo is to be used only for large format graphics (minimum of 12" wide) where the standard vertical version would be too insignificant if used. Examples of this would include trade show booth and showroom signs.  NOTE: Please be sure you change the file extension from .ps to .eps before clicking on the Save button.
